A little bit of progress this month but not masses. It’s been a bit wobbly this month . My shopping compulsion has been off the flipping scale lately , that’s the main thing that I really need to concentrate on at the moment. I’m still pushing ahead with trying to make April and May no non- essential spending months, I don’t need anything, and I need to stop wasting money.

I ended up giving my Gorillaz ticket away, I just didn’t feel up to it. At the moment  I’d rather sit and read than mix with anybody.

Feeling a little bit lost to be honest and I’m trying to figure out how to feel better. I feel like I don’t have a purpose,  and tonight at least , the mountain seems insurmountable. I’ll keep trying.
